The master suite feels like a private five-star hotel room. A king-size bed (180×200cm) dressed in premium linen, automatic blackout curtains, elegant designer finishes and soft mood lighting create an atmosphere of genuine calm.

The spacious walk-in closet offers generous storage. The ensuite bathroom leads to a stunning outdoor rain shower enclosed by lava stone walls and tropical planting — an experience entirely unique to this villa. Direct pool and garden access through large sliding glass doors.

Equally impressive as the master suite. The guest bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200cm), custom artisan wall decorations, automatic blackout curtains and a 60“ Smart TV with surround sound system.

A large walk-in closet and its own tropical bathroom with outdoor shower complete the experience. Large sliding doors open directly to the pool and tropical garden.

In the garden, reached via a dramatic tropical corridor of board-formed concrete and tall banana palms, sits a completely separate guesthouse. Ideal for guests, family or live-in staff who value their independence.

This detached building includes a luxury bedroom suite with 55“ Smart TV, double sinks, walk-in closet, blackout curtains and its own outdoor bathroom concept. Fully private — the main villa and guesthouse operate completely independently.

Attached to the guesthouse, with its own completely separate entrance from the garden, is a fully equipped private office. Monitor and ergonomic chair setup, garden outlook on two sides, recessed ceiling lighting and air conditioning.

300 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout the entire property. This is a proper working environment — not just a desk in a bedroom. Perfect for digital nomads, remote executives or entrepreneurs running their business from Bali.

The fully enclosed, air-conditioned living room is built around a distinctive curved ceiling and glass block walls that filter natural tropical light throughout the day. The fully equipped designer kitchen features a bar, stone countertops and all modern appliances.

A round dining table seats 6 comfortably. A 70“ Smart TV with premium surround sound system completes the entertainment setup. The living room flows seamlessly into the pool terrace through large sliding glass doors.

At the heart of the villa lies a 12 × 3.5 metre swimming pool finished in natural Indian stone. Surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, lounge areas and evening lighting that transforms the garden after dark.

The covered outdoor terrace runs alongside the pool with a 3-metre dining table that comfortably seats 8 — the natural setting for tropical breakfasts, sunset dinners and long relaxed evenings with friends and family. Ceiling fans keep the air moving throughout the day.

  • Quiet hours apply daily between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Parties, loud music and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
  • Glassware is not permitted around the swimming pool — plastic glasses are provided.
  • Only registered guests may stay overnight. Subletting and Airbnb re-rental strictly prohibited.
  • Children must always be supervised around the pool.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
  • Do not adjust pool timers or technical installations.
  • Professional filming, events or commercial activities require prior written approval.
  • No durian, hair dye or spray tanning products inside the villa.
  • Respect for Balinese customs, ceremonies and the local community is expected at all times.
  • Illegal substances and illegal activities are strictly forbidden under Indonesian law.
  • Is a security deposit required?
    Yes, one month’s rent is required as a security deposit upon signing. It is fully refunded within 14 days after check-out, minus any damages.
  • What is the notice period?
    The minimum stay is 3 months. After that, one month’s notice is required to end the rental.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Small, well-behaved pets may be considered on request. Please ask us before enquiring — it depends on the pet and the situation.
  • Are children welcome?
    Absolutely. The villa is very suitable for families. Children must always be supervised around the swimming pool.
  • Is the villa furnished?
    Yes, fully furnished and equipped. Everything you see in the photos is included — furniture, art, kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels.
  • Can I work from the villa?
    Yes — the dedicated office with monitor setup, ergonomic chairs, separate entrance and 300 Mbps fibre WiFi makes it one of the best remote work setups in Umalas.
  • Who is Alfri?
    Alfri is our on-site residence host. He lives in the separate staff quarters on the property, oversees daily housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, and is available for any questions or issues. His presence is completely discreet — the internal connecting doors are controlled by you at all times.
  • Can I view the villa before committing?
    Yes, viewings are available and encouraged. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a time within 24 hours.
  • Is the rental price negotiable?
    The price already reflects a discount for longer stays (5+ months). For exceptional circumstances, feel free to discuss directly with us.
